OCT 725 Mid Semester Check In

Please take a moment to provide feedback regarding your experience in this course, at this point in the semester.  Your responses will be based on materials, activities and assignments you have completed or are in the process of completing.  This is an  anonymous survey, however, participation points are being awarded for your time and you will be awarded full credit once you have completed the survey.
